Thoughts of a Princess

I am not really a princess...I only like to think I am. I am just a regular working girl who constantly lives in a fantasy world!

Name:
Location: Chattanooga, Southeast, United States

Ok, instead of telling you about me I am going to tell you my favorite tv shows because they didn't give me a place! Buffy, Angel, Roswell, Veronica Mars, the OC, Scrubs, Gilmore Girls, Lost, American Idol, Everwood, ok well basically the WB's whole network!

Nickel Creek

Their new album comes out on August 9th. Can't wait! I have been listening to their single "When In Rome." It is awesome. You can stream their whole album for free on CMT.com, but I am only listening to the single. I want to be surprised when the album comes out!

Also watched a good movie last night. Love Comes Softly on Hallmark. It was very good! Katherine Higal (who played Isabel on both Roswell and Grey's Antamony) was great! I love her. But it was a good movie about love and how it is not always fireworks and lightening...it is just respect and taking care of each other. I have to remember that with Nathan.

The movie also made me want to live like they did in the old days. No tv, tivo, radio, etc...just very simple. I could read all the time and not have to worry about so much. When your life is simple there isn't that much to clutter your mind.

Ok, that is it! Last post for the day! You can tell I am really bored...how many posts does this make in 20 minutes? LOL

Bubba Keg

heh, my new water bottle I am using at work is called Bubba Keg...how redneck does that sound? But it is really cute and pink. It is just really big so I don't have to constantly disturb our CEO by going into the kitchen all the time to get more water. But it is way redneck sounding...keg?? you may want to check to make sure it is really water in there...hehehehehe

Hutcheson Marketing Position

Check this out...I am not sure if this is my old job or not, but it basically lists everything you could ever do in marketing...so funny. I also think it is funny that it mentions photography. Brian was always so impressed by my photos. It was just a really good camera on automatic. All I did was hit the button. LOL...read below if you are interested in working in the Marketing Department at Hutcheson...but be warned...it is a sinking ship and a revolving door.

New Job

Yes! Finally! I remembered my password for blogger! Now I can post again. But yes, I have a new job now. I have been here at Siskin for 3 weeks and I am bored out of my mind. It won't always be like that. My boss has been gone for 3 weeks on vacation, so she really didn't leave me anything to do. But I have made it and I have learned a lot. I feel like I really know this hospital now. Everyone is really nice and helpful and I have a *kick* office! I think it is bigger than mine at Hutcheson. Huge Windows that overlook...well...a parking deck, but that is ok. But no tv, so that sucks. I really liked being able to watch TV when I worked. It made the day go by so much quicker and it put me in such a good mood. But at least I am not in a cube like Emily is. I can have my alone time and talk to myself without anyone noticing. It is so weird being around people again. I got so used to being by myself that I forgot what it was like to eat lunch with people everyday. I have to be on my best behavior out in the hall. We are next door from the CEO. We even share a kitchen.

But the work sounds like it will be really interesting. We are working on Rehab Week and we are doing a hollywood theme! How cool is that? I know everything about that and I have so many good ideas! Plus we are doing a golf tournament as well. And I love helping with those.

But that is work. It sucks to be here after I got back from Florida, but I had to come back sometime.
